Free plan first
Use the Free plan to test the supported file format and output with non-sensitive or sample data before buying a yearly plan.
Refunds
- Refunds are not automatic or self-service. Email support@gstrecon360.com from the account email with the payment reference and reason.
- Requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and Razorpay's payment and refund processes.
- No fixed approval window or bank-credit timeline is promised during the beta.
Cancellation
- Cancel renewal from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
- Cancellation is not the same as erasure. Export or delete source files separately and contact support for account-level erasure.
Processing
If approved, a refund is initiated through Razorpay to the eligible original payment method. Bank and payment-network timelines are outside GSTRecon360's control.
